For the past four years I’ve been privileged and honored to provide my skills to promote the Acadiana Poboy Festival by painting a picture that is auctioned off for charity and by designing the signs and advertisements for the festival. Not only do I love poboys, but Gus Rezende and the crew at Social Entertainment are really making some memorable events for the local community of Lafayette, Louisiana. It’s a worthy sandwich and an equally worthy festival! May you eat a poboy soon!
